This process indexes filesystem and constantly uses 100% of single core. Sadly we cannot remove this process as whole Ubuntu Desktop environment depends on it but I found trick on Stack Overflow:
sudo chmod -x /usr/libexec/tracker-miner-fs-3
sudo chmod -x /usr/libexec/tracker-extract-3
